Leaders Change Culture!

Those who portray themselves as “leaders” point fingers, issue threats, and lambaste those who err. This approach is a success – if they are looking to poison their culture. Under their watch, people will never try something new for fear of repercussion. When this happens, the entire organization suffers. A true leader takes the opposite approach and lives by the following mantra: Only make new mistakes (do not repeat old mistakes). This leader succeeds in creating an atmosphere that fosters innovation and empowers people to try something new.
