Leaders Change Culture!

Under their watch, people will never try something new for fear of repercussion. When this happens, the entire organization suffers. A true leader takes the opposite approach and lives by the following mantra: Only make new mistakes (do not repeat old mistakes). This leader succeeds in creating an atmosphere that fosters innovation and empowers people to try something new.
