SCORE - Counselors to America's Small Business

SCORE "Counselors to America's Small Business" is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide. The SCORE website and volunteers provide free resources, mentoring and advice for new and established small businesses located across the United States. This website is filled with “how to” articles; templates for business plans, financial forecasting, marketing plans, etc; as well as business quizzes to test your knowledge in the areas of business planning, e-commerce, finance, leadership, networking, training and sales.

Score.org can also match you with an online mentor or provide answers to specific business questions. Each question is answered based on your particular situation. Topics cover everything from product development and marketing to franchising to business loans. With 370 chapters throughout the United States and its territories, and 11,200 volunteers nationwide you can even find offices located in your neighborhood. Both working and retired executives and business owners donate time and expertise as business counselors.
