If someone is suffering form a form of anxiety disorder many will look for a pill to solve their anxiety instantly. The problem with using medication alone is that you may need to be on this medication the rest of your life to effectively manage your anxiety. Postpartum Anxiety Disorder

Many women suffer from postpartum panic disorder and panic disorder during their postpartum period. OCD not Caused by Strep

It had been proven in smaller studies that streptococcal infection, more commonly known as strep throat, had links to anxiety disorders such as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Tourette’s Syndrome. Whereas OCD is an anxiety disorder characterized by repetitive thoughts and or obsessions, Tourette’s Syndrome is a neuropsychiatric disorder characterized by repetitive involuntary sounds and tics. The study, which took place in the United Kingdom, took 255 people from the ages of 2 to 25 years old.
